When I was there 10+ years ago it was a very good school, lots of good pastoral care and inclusive activities. It is a Christian school, though there wasn't uncomfortable amounts of faith (e.g. much of my class were not Christians and there was nothing forced on anyone).
This is a good school

I have 3 kids and my children goes to Wizkids, Due to my work schedule I found it difficult to pickup my children from school on time, friends and family too was hit and miss for me. Using wizkids School pickup and drop home service made it possible for me to get work done and not worry about my kids school runs or homework because Wizkids does it for me. I have also received a good feedback on my kid’s progress at school with the extra tuition they give. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Don't believe everything you read- these are people with an axe to grind as is always the case! The changes to the school are long overdue and they have made a significant improvement to the school. All schools have to have rules and I am glad to see the school holding firm to its rules. It is up to us parents to ensure are kids follow the rules instead of moaning about them. The teaching has also improved since the new management took over and even the kids know that now. We live in the local community and everything that has changed, even the behaviour has been brilliant. The staff have done a great job in turning the school around and I have nothing only praise and good things to say about the place. I would recommend the school to other parents. Staff are helpful, friendly and approachable. Keep up the great work and well done everyone.
Slightly ticked off parent. I am slightly tired of some parents leaving comments about uniform. It is so obvious that the school is trying to enforce a policy that sets the tone for an improved learning environment, where students are expected to come to school looking smart and ready to learn. If you have a policy then, to be fair and consistent, you have to stick to it so everyone is clear of the high standard expected. Why don't you just dress your children as per the policy, which makes them nice and smart and ready to learn rather than moaning and complaining about little things you could easily rectify. If a sock is such a non issue then send them to school in the right socks!!! I remember Edenham and the students used to look really scruffy. They now not only look smart but look proud to belong to Orchard Park. My kids are really happy to be there and far from it being a dictatorship, it offers high standards in an incredibly supportive and nurturing learning environment. The behaviour in the school is excellent. Don't listen to the petty complaints about uniform, this school is going places.

My daughter started the school in January. She tells me how happy she is there in comparison to her old school. Her tutor is lovely and has really helped her feel at home. The parent app they use keeps you well informed, showing me her attendance, reports and achievements as she gets them which I think is great. My daughter likes the teachers and feels that she is learning well from them.
My son enjoyed his time here and the teachers were very supportive.

I have been a parent of a Cumnor boy who is graduating this year. It has been a time of great maturing academically, organisationally, musically, physically and socially. I highly recommend this school for its academic excellence, its warmth and the values it instills in its pupils. Thank you, Cumnor, for a excellent all-round education for our son.
My nephew has been a student since nursery, he has the confidence of an adult and the education has been well retained. Cumnor is a brilliant school. All the teachers are very attentive to each student needs but most of all the kids do follow the instructions as that's the Cumnor way

Amazing school. Great teachers in every department and there is always an enthusiastic, zesty atmosphere!
No bullying here and the pastoral care is amazing. So is the teaching. Brilliant. I also much prefer the all round environment to Whitgift

Great secondary school. Perfect location. Good facilities. Very good tutorial system. Serious Catholic education. Personalised attention. Familiar. Interesting activities for parents and families. Definitely one of the best choices of my life.
My two sons go here and as the years go by I am happy that I chose this school. Nurturing environment and practical approach to encouraging the boys to achieve their best.

Lovely teachers, good methodology, excellent facilities, overall very good school and most of all, my kids love going to school which is what it's all about at the end of the day.
I just had to leave a review, I went here a long time ago and I loved this school, I am now in year 11 and doing my GCSE's, it made me realise how much I miss primary school. I left half way through year 6 as I moved to west sussex, but ridgeway was a great place to be and I really would like to visit it again in the future just to see if it was the same as I remembered it. Bensham Manor is such a great school for those with special needs and I will tell you why. First off the teachers are very kind and I do like going to my lessons. The lessons in question are quite fun and my favourites are food tech, English and ICT. I would say there are very few flaws in my "honest" opinion but I guess it has more to do with some of the other pupils disobeying the rules. So overall as a teen with autism this is a great school for those with special needs.
I loved bensham manor now that I left that school it was so sad to leave my friends behind I hope I will visit soon

I’ve been with Red Gates for over 3 years now. Love working with children with special needs. Its such a shame that a school like this would have adults who are respectful to each other. There are some lovely teachers, but unfortunately the terrible ones leave a bad taste in your mouth. How much does it take to smile back when one smiles at you? Lot of them just stare and walk past like they just saw a piece of furniture. Specially the attitude towards agency staff/ lunchtime assistants are appalling!! And mention politeness in speech which is non-existent!!! If this is how they treat fellow staff, forget how they treat children who are non-verbal. High time they need to be shown how to be pleasant to each other rather than have the worst attitude ever.
Brilliant school.. my son loves it
Farnborough Ave, South Croydon CR2 8HD, UK – 020 8657 4722
My son has been attending this school for many years now. It's a one class per year school where everyone knows each other. The staff is always available and are attentive to the needs of the kids. It's a school that focuses on the kids learning and development as well as helping families in need of some attention. Connected to the school they also have a preschool section as well as a special needs unit. Kids go to Red Gates (special needs unit) to interact with their classes as well as Red Gates kids go to the primary school. They also have before and after school clubs. Overall would I recommend it, YES.

I've had two different Spanish teachers over the last four years or so and they've both been excellent. Fun, good pace, and very useful. Of course you get as much as you put in but the resources for home learning were great.

Many thanks to Affable Therapy. I have attended the Laser Hair Removal Level 4 ITEC. This course will surely give an edge to my career. The friendly learning lesson deserves 10/10.
After experiencing Affable Therapy’s Massage Diploma ITEC (online) , I was so impressed that I even recommended it to many of my friends. As, it’s an online course, I have learned it even without leaving the comfort of my home. Thumbs up!

Very much enjoying my class here with good facilities and an excellent tutor. Very good value for money.
The building is bit old, inside the offices and corridors have very cheap feeling to them which may not help you get inspired if you're planning to study. Just before my Life In UK test the organizer told us that proof of address need to have full name (first, initial and surname) detail, although I couldn't find this requirement anywhere online or on booking confirmation email (as my gas bill had my surname only). Organizer was waving some printed sheets of paper but could not tell me where to find this info online. Other than that everything went smoothly and I had no further issues.
