We were under the care of Croydon University Hospital for both pregnancies and the care received throughout was absolutely brilliant. Staff at the maternity/antenatal/Early Pregnancy unit has always been amazing, respectful, polite, helpful and reassuring. I can't sing their praises enough. I just wish everyone else could see what a fantastic job these departments do.
Put five stars again so it’s seen. Went there at 2am to the out of hours GP/A&E with severe pain every time I breathed and I was finding it hard to breath and my whole body hurt, I get there and within the five hours waiting time i contract another problem a severe ear ache, there wasn’t a lot of people there yet they had no rotating staff so we all had to wait for the doctor to come of break while we sit their in sever pain crying, after five hours the doctor sees me for less than five minutes and instead of giving me something for my initial problem the reason I went there she prescribed me ear spray for my ear ache, three days later my ear had only gotten worse, so after not even giving me something for the initial problem she still ended up Giving me the wrong thing. genuine pathetic staff members they need to find a new profession as they clearly don’t care about their jobs or the people they are suppose to be taking care of.

Fantastic place, great service from people working here. Ladies at the reception are just brilliant, friendly and very helpful, and so is my physiotherapist Nicholas. Very professional, with great attitude towards work and patients, fantastic skills and knowledge. A specialist with the vocation. With his support I got from crutches to skipping rope within few months only and this is post major operation on my lower part of leg (as the consequence of an accident that put me in the wheelchair for several months some years ago). Hospital offers many different services - I only used physio. It is very clean and tidy and quite. Maybe too quiet. I walked past this place many times and would never have guessed there is a hospital in this building until I was referred here and got an address on invitation letter.
Great hospital :)

My experience at Shirley Oaks was great. I was an NHS patient having a left inguinal hernia repair and after reading the reviews online I was apprehensive at the thought of attending this hospital. The staff i encountered were extremely helpful. The receptionist, nurses, cafe staff and the surgeons. All very professional. When I had my consultation, it was very fast and over with within 5 minutes. I felt that wasn't enough time to get my head around things and ask the Dr questions, However, he was amazing and has done a great job. Thank you. I would recommend this hospital as I have experienced nothing but care, attentiveness and a willingness to be helped by the staff here. One again, thank you.
Good facilities, food and waiting time for treatment via private healthcare. Day nurses were however disappointing. One nurse was especially rude whenever asked questions and rarely checked-in to ask if the patient was ok after undergoing a major surgery. The consultant did a good job but only provided an explanation/summary of quite a major operation after being promoted. On that basis, I would only recommend this hospital as a lower-mid tier private health care option.

Top Medical Clinic is waaay better than any of GP surgeries in London and they also have really good, highly knowledgeable specialists. The advantage of this clinic is that you don’t need your GP referral to be seen. I hope that they’ll work with private health insurance companies in the future. Kudos to the phlebotomist lady for making my blood testing experience easy and painless, making me distracted with a lovely chat. Thank you so much!
Earlier this year, I was seen by female ginecologist Ms Malgorzata Kolodziejczak at this clinic and I can highly recommend her as very professional and also warm person, I will definately come back for yearly check or before if necessary. She carried examination and ultran sound scan and explained everything to me in detail, aslo she made me feel very comfortable which is quite important when you visit ginecologist. I only give Top Medical clinic 4 stars, as it was my only experience with them so far.

Absolutely Fantastic! The customer service was amazing & super friendly. The one of very few places that offer many services that other pharmacies don't have available. We got our Meningitis vaccines with no apppointment needed - walk in service!
We went to Shivas pharmacy to get our travel jabs and it was overall an excellent experience. First of all, they had slots available during the week and Saturday which was very hand and fitted with our busy schedules. Unlike Boots or Superdrug in Croydon, there were no problems with booking. Secondly, when we came in staff was professional, friendly and the procedure did not take long and was pain free. Finally, price was competitive and location convenient to get to. Highly recommended.

The longest wait to get seen! Usually about 1-2 hours long and most of the people that come after you get seen before you ( which they actually stated on one of their posters). I’ve only ever visited the CASH clinic (not the regular GP) but I’m satisfied with the CASH doctors as they’re very nice and helpful, I’ve been a patient here for about 3 years and was always satisfied with the service that I got there, except from the long wait. Update: After 15 days I still haven’t heard back from them to get back with my blood test and chlamydia screening results.
Reasonable waiting time. Staff always helpful.

Very competent doctors and friendly staff. Booking appointments and repeat prescriptions are quite easy through their online services. Waiting times are quite reasonable. Have been using their services for nearly 9 years.

Having visited this boots for five years this store is definitely going downhill, a year ago I would have given it 5 stars. It has a bad atmosphere, totally deflated, and there seems to be a lack of general staff on the floor willing to help me locate the item (holiday travel kit) I needed to buy for my partner. I eventually asked the YSL assistant (Patsy) for help and she physically showed me to the section where I could buy the one that I needed. She was so helpful that I eventually ended up spending £80+ for black opium, which was on special offer, for my partner. I hope my review will outline the problem that boots face.
Excellent service went in 5 minutes before closing the gentleman in the glasses didn't rush me and served me with a smile
